Beef Back Ribs

Juicy beef, back, ribs, slow, cooked to perfection, and seasoned with a mouthwatering blend of spices. If you have an experience to savory delight of tender, be paired with rich flavors, get ready for a culinary masterpiece!


1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

2 pounds beef, back ribs

Olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked salt

Half a teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

Once teaspoon garlic powder


1. Preheat your oven to 250F and line your baking sheet with parchment paper or foil

2. Mix your vinegar and hot sauce, separate into 3 small bowls and set aside

3. In a separate bowl mix your salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder and garlic powder

4. Lay your ribs down with the bone touching the sheet and lightly rub with olive oil

5. Rub the tops of the ribs with the mixed seasoning.

6. Place pan in the oven and bake for one hour.

7. After an hour baste the tops of the ribs with 1/3 of the marinade.

8. Return the ribs to the oven and bake them for 3 more hours, uncovered, basting the top with 1/3 of the marinade every hour. Wash your brush in between.

9. After 4 hours the ribs should be nice and juicy and you can serve them right away or if you have some take, lower the temp to 200F and bake for another hour.
