How to Cut the Jalapeno

Guys! Whatever you do don’t cut the jalapeños with your bare hands! I made that mistake for you and burned my hands! Make sure to wear gloves. Please don’t touch your face. The oils can cause burn on your hands and it’s extremely painful!

When I cut the jalapeños I cut them lengthwise and keep the stems intact on both halves because they look prettier that way.

Ingredients:

10 jalapeños

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

10 slices of bacon cut in half
